Registration Fees

• Non-RMEIM Members: 250 €
• RMEIM Members: 150 €

These fees give access to all activities of the event, including:

• Round tables
• Conferences
• Workshops
• The dedicated research session
• Event goodies
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches
• One gala dinner

Registration process

Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.

 !!! Attention, in the payment reference, please mention “MedAccred” followed by your name: MedAccred–YourName.

Would you need an invoice, please send a request by an email to the dedicated contacts.

When completing the Bank Transfer, please send the payment receipt containing your name as well as the conference attendance ID to the following mailing address: elotmani.r@ucd.ac.ma, veronique@moncada.fr

You will receive a receipt, proof of paiment for your records.

Notes:

• Only one paper may be presented per registration.
• Only one delegate may attend per registration.
• Participants are responsible for covering any bank transfer fees.

ℹ️ Exceptionally, cash payment may be accepted for Moroccan and Maghrebian participants, in duly justified cases submitted in advance.
